These breaded pork chops are marinated before bring lightly coated in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese then pan fried for an easy dinner dish.
Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Total Time: 25 mins
Ingredients:
2 pounds of pork chops (8 thin chops) 1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 egg
1 tablespoon cold water
1 cup panko or Italian style bread crumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Instructions:
1. Arrange pork chops in a shallow pan. Pour wine vinegar over the pork chops and add salt and ground black pepper. 2. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours, turning once.
3. Beat egg with cold water. Dip both sides of each chop in egg mixture, then lightly coat with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese 4. In a large skillet heat olive oil until hot. Fry the pork chops, a few at a time, until browned on both sides and cooked through about 5 minutes per side. Do not crowd. Repeat with remaining pork chops, add more oil if needed.
5. Serve it white rice or mash potatoes. Enjoy
