Broiled Lobster Tails

Updated: Dec 27, 2020

This recipe is great for those little frozen lobster tails and when you only have a few minutes. The olive oil makes the lobster moister and the lemon pepper gives it a good flavor.

Pre Time: 10 mins. Cook Time: 20 mins. Total Time: 35 mins.

Ingredients:

3 frozen lobster tails

2 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter

3 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions:

For Dipping Sauce:

Melt the butter and add the minced garlic and mix well, set aside

1. Preheat the oven's broiler.(260 degrees C.)

2. Thaw the lobster tails partially and use kitchen scissors to cut the shells open lengthwise down the back. Brush the exposed meat with olive oil and season with lemon pepper. Place on a broiler pan with the opening facing upwards.

3. Broil the tails about 6 inches from the heat source until they are opaque and slightly browned at the edges, about 10 minutes.
