Black Bean Burritos Recipe

This simple burrito recipe is filled with cooked black beans i prefer the one in a can, green onions and cream cheese. It’s quick and easy to prepare .You are going to love it and is a go-to meal that you gonna enjoyed.

So all I have to do is heat the cook tortillas and add fill up with ingredients.

Prep Time: 20 mins   Cooking Time: 5 mins   Total Time: 25 mins

burritos mixtures


Ingredients:

2 cans black beans

3 cups cream cheese

1 cup spring onion

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

15 pcs tortillas


Instructions:

1. Get a bowl and mix all the ingredients and seasoned with salt and ground black pepper.

2. Warm tortillas in a few secans until pliable in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Top the tortillas with the black bean mixture.

4. Roll up the burrito by first folding the tortilla over from the bottom to partially cover the beans and then fold; finish rolling and put the burrito seam side down on a plate.

5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 4 or 5 black bean burrito and cook on both sides.

6. Serve while still hot.
