It’s absolutely delicious as well as super fast and easy, so I wanted to be sure to share the full recipe so you guys can enjoy it yourselves! The salmon is marinated in a simple mixture of lemon juice, and olive oil. You can add a little salt and pepper to taste if you like too! This is one of our new go-to weeknight meals because it’s really simple to make.

Prep Tine: 10 mins. Cook Time: 20 mins. Total Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:

4 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

4 salmon fillets(patted dry with paper towel)

Instructions:

1 Combine all the marinade ingredients in a baking dish and mix well. Add the salmon, turning to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for overnight.

2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

3. Place salmon (skin side down) in a foil-lined baking dish with sides. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until cooked through.

4. Top cooked salmon with salt and pepper to taste; serve with vegetables of your choice or white rice.
