We really liked these muffins. I might make them with cheddar cheese and garlic powder next time!
Prep Time: 10 mins. Cooke Time: 30 mins. Total Time: 40 mins
Ingredients:
1/2 lb sausage
1 3/4 cup bisquick
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
3/4 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:
1. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles. Drain well. Combine sausage, bisquick and next three ingredients in a bowl and mixed it.
2. Combine egg and milk; add the dry ingredients, stir just until moistened. 3. Spoon batter into greased muffin pans. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until golden Serve warm.
